So this page will be describing what the vehicles actually are. Thankfully I got a good view this morning, so while I may not be correct on some of them, this list is based on what I've seen.

Hot Streak, a car.
Burn-Cycle-a motorcycle
Thump Truck- a truck with bits and pieces of construction vehicles
Shark Tank- a tank
Shield Striker- an armored patrol car (I could be wrong on this one)
Gold Rusher-a three wheeled ATV
Barrel Blaster- a modified rail car (I say this as the center is actually decribed as a mine cart, and the vehicle can be turned into a locomotive)
Crypt Crusher- a race car
Tomb Buggy- a dune buggy
Sky Slicer- a rocket ship
Jet Stream- an airplane
Clown Cruiser- a jet plane that can become a helicopter-like vehicle when supercharged
Buzz Wing- a bi-plane
Stealth Stinger- a helicopter
Sun Runner- a flying saucer
Dive Bomber- a submarine
Reef Ripper- a U-boat submarine
Splatter Splasher- a boat
Soda Skimmer- a hovercraft
Sea Shadow- a watercraft/ submarine

You got most of them right, but let me correct some.

The other two you might have wrong are Crypt Crusher and Buzz Wing, who are by far the strangest vehicles in the game. Crypt Crusher is some kind of reverse dragster, and Buzz Wing is basically just a fantasy vehicle with no real life counterpart like the rest of them, but a Bi-Plane is the closest you could probably get.

Thrillipede's clothes remind me of bi-plane pilots, and the wings look bi-plane style, so that's what led me to believe it was a biplane. However, the diesel punk style and lack of propellers kind of threw me off, so maybe it's a fictitious style of bi-plane.

And you may be right regarding the dragster. Sky Slicer's bio referred to it as a ship, so that threw me off. Thanks for helping me out!

Shield Striker- an armored vehicle (police car?) "To protect and surge."
Gold Rusher- a dragster
Barrel Blaster- a rail car/locomotive attached to road wheels
Crypt Crusher- a race car (reverse dragster?)
Tomb Buggy- a dune buggy
Sky Slicer- a jet
Jet Stream- a VTOL
