Personality and character: Flare can often be found studying or training with her element of blue fire. An overall nice and friendly dragoness, she tends to help people if they need it. She may look like a bookworm to some, but her friends know that there's more than that to her.
Skills and abilities: master level blue fire abilities, Flare can manipulate existing blue fire to create shapes out of the flames, but they are simply just fire, not a physical object. Ex. arrows, walls, etc.
Weaknesses: ice element, dark versions of fire. Not very strong physically, yet just passing in strength.
Backstory: living a relatively normal life with her family, she grew up hearing about the endeavors of the Freedom Flyers, and their fights against the Darkers as they looked for the Dark Masters. Flare wished to follow in their pawsteps (or whatever steps were made), and eagerly began school when the time came, hoping that she could one day join them. Several encounters with the Guards of the city exposed her mind to the corruption that was in the city. Even though she could do nothing on her own, she continued her studies, taking every chance to learn something new or practice her blue fire element. She also trained her physical strength too, but she's not the strongest dragoness around. She currently hopes to one day make a difference against either the dark army, or fight the corruption in Warfang.

Weaknesses: like other air dragons, she isn't very physically strong, so she has trouble carrying heavy things, and can't take many direct and powerful blows during battle.

Relationships: She likes to be around her older brother, Mistral.
Additional notes: like other sound dragons, she can be found singing melodically, but not around the city guards (just in case they do something).
