I really need help with my phone. The power button seems to not do what it's supposed to when I pressed the button, but when holding it down to shutdown the phone works. Also, I was playing Dragon Mania Legends when I received a popup that says that it is ready for a new update, so I did tried to update the game, and the update/download progression says "pending" and it's been like that for 3 days. And I tried to plug it into the computer with a USB cable, and then, on the computer, it shows a popup that says that it cannot be recognized. And my phone freezes oftenly. Is there anyway to fix this?

That game might be at least part of the problem. You may want to consider taking it off your phone tbh. Also, how old is your phone, and what kind is it?

My little brother had the same problem. Me being the techno kid in the household attempted to fix it. It was months ago so I don't exactly remember what I did but after resetting the IPod it all worked fine.

If you have a backup of the storage from the Iphone on your PC Itunes then you could reset it and put the backup back on your Iphone.

Thanks, but my phone is not an iPhone, it's a Nokia Lumia 635 (running on Windows 8.1). And i have that phone since May this year.

Was it acting weird before you got the game? Or did it just start once you tried to update it?

^not just that, it seems to act like this out of nowhere.



As you can see, it's been like that for 3 days. And same with the other apps, I was also trying to install Pandora on my phone before Dragon Mania Legends released a new update, and it still says pending.

You might want to call the company or go into a store and ask. Because if it's not the game then I'm out of ideas. Or maybe another Windows phone user can help?
