He's a soppy little armadillo with a cowboy hat who says annoying things about love and such. He has Spyro deliver messages to and from Bandit and Ember, he's just a guy you want to kick in the face.
I haven't seen a picture on the internet though.

there are 5 armadillos. Bandit, Pablo, Sofia, Isabella and Fransisco. Though i have no idea where to find pics of 'em.

Sorry I don't have any but they generally all look similar to that one in the picture.
Bandit has a cowboy hat, a neckerchief and a belt. That character in the picture is either a different character or original concept art for Bandit because the only similarities are that they're both armadillos and they both wear the same belt.
