Welcome to the Bermuda Effect RP! Words in bold are things important to read before starting.

Story: You are on a ship with a crew in the Bermuda Triangle, you have been stranded out there for months and the crew is starting to turn strange... Really strange... You must find an island and shelter to help survive the Bermuda.

Ooc: Erm... I guess...

((Then maybe, just maybe, I could add a certain 1-foot-tall dragon who would have a reason to be on a ship, and she might not be overpowered. -realizes she killed a certain lark- Uhh…forget what I just said. What about shapeshifters?))

Name: Darkfire (Adriana Darkfire)

Species: Shape-shifter
Personality: Darkfire often tries to be clever and sassy, but it normally ends up as a failed attempt. She is curious about many human objects and sometimes may act much like a packrat, but she collects interesting things. She doesn't like stealing, though, and normally finds her "treasures" in garbage cans, ruins of fires, and other places most people don't look at.
Love Interest: None yet…
Appearance: In her dragon form, Darkfire has purple scales with darker scales forming a fire pattern. She has a hammer-like tail with a crystal embedded in it, and black horns. In human form, she has skin that appears to be strangely golden. She has short, black hair that is normally braided. She normally wears exercise pants and any type of t-shirt.
Other: In her dragon form, she can use a dark fire breath, but will only transform into her dragon form if she really needs to.

Appearence: he has light blue scales with a yellow belly and white wing membranes. His horns are silver and straight, and unlike most other dragons, he has a feathery mane going from his head to tail, and the feathers are constantly swirling with all kinds of colors. His tail tip looks like a silver sword split down the middle, and at the tip, it starts in a small silver disk with a rainbow-colored gem in the middle.
Other: has the elements of aura and light. He also wears a gold amulet with a rainbow-colored gem in it, which creates shields in dire situations. He is based off of the song Still Standing by The Rasmus.

Ooc: Now let's start

Dan was out at the bow staring out into the Bermuda. They had been stuck there for months,the crew has changed a lot.... The super natural events in the Bermuda have turned them into half mythical breeds. He was thinking about what would happen to him, and more importantly, his father steering the ship, Peru. They would go home, but when They entered the Bermuda, they were never able to come back.

Borealis sat nearby Dan, "So, what are we entering exactly?"

"What do you mean?" Dan asked.

"I mean ... with us going out to the Bermuda and all ...?" Borealis replied, keeping his tail close and still.

Dan looked at Borealis, and sighed. "My father didn't mean to take us to the Bermuda, but now that we're in it, I'm not sure if we're trapped forever or not." He said.

"If only I could just fly out, but no, I'd long since drop from exhaustion." Borealis sighed.

"I don't believe even flying would get you out," Dan said.

"Yeah, the most I can do is get us fish, and act as a protector of sorts." Borealis nodded.

"I'm gonna go to my cabin," Dan said, walking away from the bow.

Borealis nodded again, continuing his watch.

Peru was steering the ship, trying to find any land he could.

"Hey, Borealis," Adriana greeted. "What's the plan today? Fishing again?" She grinned. "How about a competition?"

Borealis smirked, "Hello Adriana. Well, why not?" He spread his wings, ready to jump in the water.

Dan went to the kitchen and prepared a sandwich for himself, Borealis, and Adriana.

"Oh yeah, I might want dragon form…" Adriana shifted into her dragon form, feeling the comfortable protection of scales growing on her body. "Okay. We're ready!" She perched on the railing next to Borealis. "Good luck. You'll need it."

Dan came out with sandwiches for everyone and realized they went into the water to catch fish. Dan signaled to his dad to stop the boat until they come back on.

Borealis jumped off, "You'll need the luck, I'm a killing machine."

Dan looked down into the water, hoping they could hear him. "Don't take to long!" He yelled.

Darkfire dived down after him, flying to a different side of the boat. She hovered above the water before diving down and flying up with a large fish in her jaws.

Borealis quickly stabbed a fish with his tail, and bit down on another a couple minutes later, coming back up right after.

Dan starting eating his sandwich while waiting for them to come back up.

Dan decided to spend some times fishing. He got out his rod and cast it over the side of the ship.

(Well PwnageFTW, like I said, she has yet to reply ... let's carry on, and if anyone wants to join still, they could probably do so, agreed?)

Borealis jumped out of the water and landed on the boat with his two fish.

"Hi," Dan said.

Can I still join?

Ooc: Erm... I guess

"Hey," Borealis waved a wing as he set down the fish, "I'm sure Adriana will come up when she's ready."

^Wait, I may be too busy, I have something planned, and I think it will be popular.

Peru walked down to them, "She better, want to get a move on today."

(We're we waiting for me? If so, sorry.)

Borealis nodded, "Agreed. I can only wonder how far we'll get todsy."

"Hey! Right here!" Darkfire growled as she flew up with a fish in her claws and another in her mouth. She spat the fish out onto the deck. "Looks like we'll have a good meal tonight," she grinned. "Always nice to eat a good meal, but we're lacking in variety. Think we might be able to grab some clams? If we see a beach, then I know just the way to catch some."

Peru got out his telescope, he saw some land, "Land ho!" He shouted, going back to the Captain's quarters and started steering the ship.

OOC: I'm just gonna post a character, and if I'm not allowed, cool, if I am, cool.

Appearance: A white, human male with black hair and blue eyes. He has a white torn shirt with a black leather vest and jeans.

Cyrus woke up in the cargo hold of the ship. He slowly sat up, tossing aside his makeshift blanket of spare cloth from the hold. He reached into one of the boxes and grabbed a few apples for a breakfast. He had lived like this for the entire trip.

Borealis turned to Adriana, "Good to see you come up."

Dan went to the cargo side of the ship to grab an apple when he saw Cyrus and he was alarmed, getting his pocket knife out, "Who are you?!?"

Startled, Cyrus got to his feet and backed away from Dan, an apple still in his hand. "My name is Cyrus. Please, put the knife away."

"Good to see you here as well," Darkfire replied. "Hey! I say we steer the ship towards land!"

Dan put the knife away, "Why have you come on this ship?"

"Look, I owe someone a lot of money. I needed to get away. Thankfully, there happened to be a ship setting sail nearby, so I jumped on and hid. I've been living off of this boxed up food. Only perishables, by the way. It's like I'm doing you a favor." Cyrus smirked.
