I have a feeling sometime in the foreseeable future, NK is going to obtain nuclear weapons, and they certainly wouldn't hold back on America, would they?

But then again, it would most likely be easy to intercept, so we're fine, other than the radiation spreading to other countries

I get the feeling once it became known they had nuclear weapons the entire rest of the world would crack down on them to an extreme degree (China is pretty much their only ally and even they would rather preserve what they have with the US first).

Of course NK is so secretive so how we would find this out is a mystery.

they're bold, not stupid. a nuclear weapon would just be something they flaunted around for their ego and to "prove to the world that they aren't to be mocked" and convince their people that they have some control in world events.

if anything, south korea or japan is a more likely target than the united states, especially considering any nuclear weapon they could obtain would most likely be short to intermediate range

Yeah, I was just thinking that, I doubt they will have any sort of middle that can reach far outside of their country anytime soon
