I'm surprised a topic like this hasn't been made yet. Anyways, feel free to post your interest in any titles you're waiting for and/or have pre-ordered.

I've pre-ordered Mad Max Post-Apocalypse Edition on PS4 (only available in EB Games Australia) and I can't wait for it! Mad Max has so much potential to be a video game I don't know why it wasn't made earlier.

Fallout 4 looks like it's going to be great, which isn't unexpected from Bethesda.

I'm also waiting for a release date for Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns expansion pack even though I suddenly lost interest and went cold turkey on GW2 a couple of months ago.
