The entirety of the Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong-Quest soundtrack is amazing.

Some of my favorites are Krook's March, Forest Interlude, Mining Melancholy, Lockjaws Saga, and Hot Head Bop.

Kirby Super Star Ultra - The Strongest Warrior in the Galaxy.

The entirety of the Mother 3 OST is pretty great. For specifics, you can never go wrong with Snowman, everyone likes It's a F-F-Fire! and Porky's Porkies is almost iconic.

For other games, Super Mario Galaxy's Gusty Garden Galaxy and Morrowind's The Road Most Traveled are simply beautiful.

The Zone 3 music is really awesome because the pair of tracks switch between each other if you're in an ice area or a fire area. It fits perfectly with the themes.

Ah yes, NecroDancer is another great one. All of its music is great- actually, scratch that. All of Danny Baranowsky's music is great.

From NecroDancer, my favorite two are definitely King Conga and Main Menu. King Conga is especially cool because, if you listen closely, every eighth beat is removed, which actually affects the gameplay.

A bit off topic, but I really wish I had a dance pad to play NecroDancer with (to anyone that doesn't know, Crypt of the NecroDancer only uses the arrow keys and nothing else, so it has dance pad support, which is awesome since it is a rhythm-based rogue-like).
