The Dark Starter Pack for Trap Team sold out fairly quickly and nw if you want one sealed, you'll most likely have to resort to online shopping and end up paying more than its actually worth.
If I wanted a Swap Force Dark Starter Pack however, I could probably still get one at retail price if I really wanted to. I think I even saw one at Gamestop the other day. I live in Europe btw, so I don't know what the siduation is in other places
Anyway, how rare do you think the Dark Starter Pack for Superchargers will be? Personally, I'd like to see them stick around, especially the Wii version.

You will not have any problem buying the Dark Starter packs in stores. The only caveat is you need to get them at launch. Don't wait until Black Friday trying to get them at a discount. They will be around, but in limited quantities and hit-or-miss for stores that still have them. It's been this way since the initial release of Dark Starter packs and I have no reason to believe this release will be any different.

Correct, just buy them immediately at launch and there will be no problems. However, if you're going to do that...I'd suggest pre-order as availability of all platforms was kinda inconsistent from what I saw in Trap Team. I expect the same in this game.

Any availability issues may be due to location. I live in south metro Atlanta and I didn't have any problem finding them for my platforms. I just don't buy into the hype of pre-ordering to ensure a purchase. I've only ever pre-ordered twice. Once to get a free figure and the other to ensure I got Gearshift. I needn't have worried about Gearshift because there was PLENTY of her on the shelves.

Doubt it...it was pretty scattered regardless. I'm sure the bigger juggernaught places like TRU Time Square didn't have an availability problem, but I'm sure I am safe in my generalization that MOST saw inconsistent availability problems at launch.

I am guessing we still don't have word on when the non wii dark ep editions will be available at TRU?

At this point, it's not a matter of "when", but "if"... so ask that instead... or wait a lil' for confirmation on availability.
