Another quite close contest for Echo with her Singalong path just winning. Now for the guy who says it's okay to run with scissors, Short Cut!

His first path improves his Nether Needle attacks while his second improves his Phantom Puppets.

Enemies reeled in by the Nether Needle are tangled up in thread. Enemies tangled up in thread take extra damage from Scissor attacks. After an enemy becomes untangled, an explosion occurs doing extra damage.
Puppet Master
Go Out with a Bang Puppet Population Paging Dr. Puppets

Phantom Puppets explode before disappearing, damaging anything around them. Can summon more Phantom Puppets at a time and all do extra damage. Phantom Puppets can heal you after damaging an enemy.

I took Puppet Master, but it's glitched, they don't seem to attack at all anymore. They just walk around like the sidekicks used to.
So I have to vote the other way.

Puppet Master is way better than Scary Seamster even though I enjoy catching enemies with Nether Needle just like how Scorpion uses his spear to reel in him opponents from Mortal Kombat.

He's a seamstress; can cut portals into the underworld, instantly weave puppets with zombielike qualities, and walk on his scissors like stilts. Pretty usual undead spooky stuff.
