So I am thinking about making a video on the Strongest Villain! In my opinion Evolved Luminous is very strong with his crystal drop doing over 400 damage everytime! I just wanted to know who everyone else thinks is the strongest villain....

Kaos by far

Kaos is a category by himself easily, but on others,people seem to like Cuckoo Clocker for the highest damage output in the entire game, and Threatpack for amazing range despite not needing to face who he's attacking.

Tae Kwon Crow.

Kaos is the strongest villain ever!

Tae Kwon crow is my personal favorite, high damage and very quick, can take down anything.

Kaos is only the strongest since you can restart his timer with his attacks.

Threatpack is good for long range and multiple enemies. Love using him on boss battles.

Others I'd say, tie kwon crow, wolfgang.
And of course .

, Cuckoo Clocker, Hood Sickle, Chompy

Tae Kwon Crow is a complete monster. Kaos is also a close 2nd

Kaos is like in the Anything Goes Tier from Smogon. Any villain that can refill its own timer bar without switching out should automatically be the most op one by far.

I really like Tae Kwon Crow, Cuckkoo Clocker, Wolfgang and Luminous as well. They're pretty strong..

I prefer Tae Kwon crow as well as Cross Crow.
If you're asking me why Cross Crow? It's mainly because it took me ages to discover you can hold his first attack button to keep on shooting for a good amound of time. The range he has is pretty good too.

Hood Sickle and Chill Bill might also be mentioned. If you hold the freezing button for Chill Bill, he's capeable of doing 1000 damage

Actually, Tae Kwon Crow has the highest damage output in the game. If I'm not mistaken, you can inflict more damage by attacking with Tae Kwon Crow's katana over and over in the same amount of time (and quite possibly before then) that it takes Cuckoo Clocker to fully charge his arm smash.

However, everyone also raises a legitimate point that Kaos is devastating. With mobility, great crowd punishing capabilities, and--of course--the power to empty his own cooldown gauge, he is merciless, but generally still not as efficient as Tae Kwon Crow at damage per second.

Close runner-ups include Threatpack (for supreme mobility) and Golden Queen (for her ability to petrify most enemies and stop their movements and attacks).
