I'm pretty sure Highvolt ("Protect and Surge") is based on a swat force cop and has a large swat shield. Could be nice if he used it as a snowboard though.

Doesn't sound to Legit, Well actually it does, But the catchphrase does sound like something High Volt would say just the voice doesn't seem right.

Edit: I heard High Volt's second laugh and yeah, The voice sounds legit now.

We have very clear pictures of him, that isn't so needed anymore. Maybe for Smash Hit or the missing vehicles but he's clearly in the Overview trailer.

When seen him in game I thought his colors looked different than b4, to me it looks like a dark variant version. His leaked pic looks too different to be the same character.

For some reason he reminds me of some heroes of storm/starcraft character. Probably because of the round armor design.
