How do Shark Tank and Tomb Buggy roll?

Ive been wondering this for a while now, Crypt Crusher has some bumps on the wheels, but they're rounded off to ensure smooth rolling. So how does that work with the spiked wheels on Tomb Buggy and Shark Tank? Sure if the spikes were bent backwards there would be no problem with rolling forward, but what about backwards? Wouldn't the spikes just make it hard? The floor where I live is mostly carpet so it'd be annoying to have to pull the wheels out of the carpet if they get stuck.

If you look at this picture of Shark Tank the spikes are facing forward, but they look like they're inside of the tread slightly. I think that maybe the spikes get pushed into the wheel so it rolls smoothly. But I have no idea. Maybe Shark Tank will be shown at Gamescom so I can see how it works

maybe the treads don't actually move...Maybe it has little wheels under the vehicle that it rolls with. You know what I mean? Ive seen many toys that are like that.

It's almost definitely little wheels on the bottom of the treads. That's how pretty much every tank toy does it.

It would be cool if you can retract the spikes and make them pop out with the press of a button

You could see a tiny outline on each spike, so they'll probably push into them.

On one of the videos in the news thread (I forget which one), they show someone 'rolling' the Shark Tank toy and the treads don't move.

EDIT: Okay, I went back and found a closeup:

It looks like they've gone the little wheels under the treads route.

You can clearly see in the HD pic that they most likely have holes that they pop in\out of.

But the videos show them rolling on the table using small hidden wheels under them.
Maybe they are not the final versions of the toys?

Could be but I doubt it.
Shark Tank wouldn't be the first vehicle to lack movable parts (without using "tricks")... Poor Sea Shadow... smilie
