Kain looked at lavender, "I am a servent after all Mistress lavender, is there anything I can get you" he wasinternally suprised that she stopped, his voice satyed the same, he was desperately trying to keep the look of a professional and only a perfessional, but in reality he was oddly wounded by her simply brushing his apologies off.

Jeff groaned getting up. "Yeah right." his tone had changed slightly sounding a bit more aggressive and angry but in a different way that seemed not to be aimed towards jane.

Samantha finished her song and sighed staring out the balcony window.

"Its true! Without you my life is boring and pointless! Without you... I'm nothing..." Jane said as she hugged Jeff

Jeff shoved her off against the tree pinning her harshly as he pressed his lips to hers. He had snapped against his will. He stood that way for a short moment before pulling away he was crying. "w-why jane...." He said putting his head on her shoulder. "Why do you love me after what i did.... how could you forgive me for what i have done..." he asked his tone far different then she would have heard.

There was a couple things Lavender thought of asking for 'his attention', 'his affections', 'his time' but she said none of that. She composed herself so that he could see any emotions unless he was searching for them. She gracefully turned to him before speaking "I will be in the dinning hall, a cup of tea with a shot would be nice." She then turned and briskly walked to the dinning hall to sit with a book, her hair flowed behind her as she walked and where she once stood was only the smell like after it rains, cool and nice.

Jane hugged Jeff "Because, you actually gave me a lot of things I never had, you gave a true family, real friends, and because of what you did... I have you..." She said

Kain went to work bowing quickly at master jeff and mistress Jain before departing to the dining hall, and preparing the tea and shot he knew what Lady Lavender liked, she asked for this often. He bought it out on a Gold Platter and poured the tea and shot in front of her. after he was done he stood there waiting for a command a towel on his arm for any mess that might occur. "My lady tea is served."

A smile crossed her face, this was the time she got to sit and speak with Kain. She enjoyed this time, she made sure it was everyday, she would run through the halls and compose herself when she found him pretending she wasnt searching like crazy for him. She took a sip of tea and downed the shot "just how i like it.." she said smiling.

"Very good Lady Lavender. would you like another." he looked down at her and he felt a little more at ease, this was different for him, he was never relaxed... but he was ok, as he put down a plate of pastries and wiped the plate a perfect clean.

Jeff clung to the back of her dress as he cried quietly into her shoulder. "im so sorry...."

Toby heard the song end and looked inside the room seeing samantha move off her to her balcony.

Samantha sighed staring up at the sky. She sat down on a small stool and traced shapes into the dist. She felt a wave of loneliness come over her.

"Jeff, its ok... I have you and that's all I need" Jane said

"Another would be lovely Kain." she said in her soft tone she used sipping the tea more. As he poured her another shot she looked into the distance for a long time thinking, zoning out on nothing in particular before she spoke "kain?" she said his name so kindly as she looked up at him. She wanted to ask if he cared for her, if he even thought well of her but she didnt she was quiet before simply saying "you should probably attend to other needed things"

After pouring another drink kain bowed and left gping staight to samanthas room he knocked lightly "lady samantha, I'm here to take you on the tour..."

Samantha stayed quiet as she looked out over the garden. "You two are cute together...." She said softly.

"What are you talking about lady samantha?" Kain was honestly purplexed he didn't know how to react, women had never talked to him the way they had tonight.

"You and that lady in the dining room.... You look good together..." She repeated. "I can see anywhere i want from my room through the dimensional portals that i make... I can see them... But others cant unless i will them to see them..." She added.

"Ah lady lavender," he saod still not understanding "she can be quite difficult sometimes, but it would be a pleasure to take you to see your whole home."

Samantha nodded quietly and stood. "Alright. Im ready..." She said turning to follow him.

Toby had slipped away back to the living room and had turned on the television again playing videogames again.

Kain put his arm out to lead her around "she shall start with the living area, we have a large entertainment area that master tobi frequents, he lead her around to it, then he have the dining hall, I'm often found here or in its kitchen if I cannot be found else where, then the garden, I pluck and tend it every day to keep ot to perfection, and down here is the river when I need to think I am down here its beautiful during a fullfulloon... he stopped for a little bit and stared through the branches and smiled... for once in a very long time.

Samantha took his arm and simply nodded in agreement with his requests. She looked only at minor decorative details and paid most attention to the ambiance of the rooms that they passed through

Jeff nodded slowly and just stood there quietly after that trying to calm down.

"Jeff, how do you feel?" Jane asked

"like a jerk who treats the only good thing in his horrible excuse for a life like trash." He said.

"Hey, don't feel bad Jeff" Jane said before kissing him

Jeff closed his eyes kissing back as he pulled her close to him lacing his fingers through her hair. He couldnt hide how he felt anymore. When he had first met her she was alive and breathing but her beauty captivated him and in his blindness killed her. When he had come to realize what he had done he prayed he would never face her again but against his wishes slender brought her back and with that jeff vowed to never let himself close enough to cause her harm again. He had failed in that now as well.

Jane loved every moment of the kiss as she pulled him in closer, she loved him even though he had killed her, in her mind, he could never lose her love for him, she finally got her wish, she was going to be with the man she loved forever

Jeff pulled away after a moment for so well needed air and hugged her tightly burying his face once more into her shoulder. "i-... I love you jane.... I a- i always have...."

Jane hugged back just as tight "And I love you too Jeffy... Come on, lets go have some fun with Toby and some of the others" She said as she petted Jeff's back

Jeff nodded but stood there not wanting to let go fearing that this was all a dream.

Jane felt the same way, so she had to test it, she pinched Jeff's arm

"Ow fu- What the hell was that for?!" Jeff asked rubbing his arm and looking at her confused.

"I was making sure we weren't dreaming" Jane said before hugging Jeff again

Jeff smiled softly then hugged back. "Thanks..." He said softly then moved picking her up onto his shoulder like a bag of potatoes and carried her inside to go hang with toby but stopped seeing Kain with Samantha whom he'd never seen before. "Hey Kain. Whose that?" He asked

Samantha avoided eye contact with everyone. She was more then a little shy since the only people she had ever been in contact with was kain and slender.

Jane blushed as Jeff picked her up, she looked at Samantha under Jeff's arm "Hello" She said

"This is lady Samantha, a very important person, I was just showing her around the grounds," Kain to a polite bow "Is there anything I can fetch you tonight master Jeffery?"

"Its jeff.. And no. Im good." He said waving and walking away to find toby.

Samantha watched and looked at Kain. "men dont usually carry girls like that do they?" She asked a bit confused.

"Bye Samantha, I'm Jane by the way" Jane said as Jeff carried her out of the room "Toby should be on the couch playing Jeffy" She said

"No, just when they have an intense feelings of intimacy for one another... i believe its called love and instinct." Kain said smiling at the two and waving "someday it might find you too, lady samantha." Kain looked at samantha "there are other places of course, but the ones I have shown are the important ones, where would you like to go now?"

Samantha smiled slightly. "You think so?" She said looking at kain. "Hmmn... I dont really mind following you around." She said softly, a sense of joy in her voice.

Jane looked out from behind Jeff and saw Toby "Hi Toby!" She said

"And I dont mind you following" kain said with a hint of a smile. "hmmm... we could go to the library if youd like?"

Samantha nodded. "Alright... Uhm... One question... Whats a library?" She asked. She had never been to one so she didnt know what one was. She had books that she read but had never even heard the word before.

Toby waved plainly as he played video games humming to himself.

Jeff set down jane then sat next to her looking at Toby. "What you humming?" He asked only causing toby to stop.

"N-nothing.. Just a song i heard this girl sing..." He said.

"Its a place where one stores a mass ammount of books five thousand four hundred and twenty-three by my last count..." he said, his mind ran in numbers most of the time so he kept track. "there is a book on master slender, master toby, master Jeffer...jeff, mistress lavender, and many others, then you have your classics, Hemingway, Fitzgerald, Goethe, even Shakespeare, and many many many many many more." he had read many of the books there by now.

"wow...." Samantha said. "Do you know if you have any by Poe? Edgar Allen Poe is my favorite author..." She said feeling awkward for asking but not understanding why asking him such a simple thing made her uncomfortable.

Kain quoted the Raven, "of course" he said

Samantha stared at him in wonder. "woah..." She smiled brightly and couldnt help but giggle a bit. "That was awesome."

"Whatever it is, its nice" Jane said

Toby blushed a bit. "Thanks jane... Hey jeff wanna play with me?"

Jeff chuckled. "Sure wheres the other control- Oh found it." He said looking for it as he spoke and picked it up sitting back down.
