i have decided to make up a USA only holiday, to celebrate the upcoming 1 year anniversary of SSB4 and amiibo.

the children and collectors run down to the a-tree-bo to open amiibo games and figures. the lucky even get wii u and n3ds consoles.

The words "please understand" are echoed through the cities.

there are songs like "Mario the red nosed Mario who got sold on ebay for 25 Grand" and "Deck the shelves with lots of pikachu", and my favorite, "It's a jigglypuff world in the end of may".

they air amiibo day films like "How mariotehplumber stole amiibo day" and "it's amiibo day, charlie brown!"

They also make it rain yarn yoshis.

Amiibo day isn't for a while, but stores will have amiibo day displays set up 2 months ahead of time, thus explaining the september release of the wave 6 amiibo in the USA.
