Now that we know approximately what us coming in wave 1, here is what I'll be getting.

Dive Bomber is in parentheses because myskylanders.de put it in the wave 1 pictures, but not in the list. So I added it to my total just in case it is there.

My total comes out to roughly $230 after taxes. This is probably the biggest wave 1 I've ever bought, partly due to the fact that this is the first time for wave 1 where I plan to get everything on my list straight away. Oh well, with 7 characters and 4 or 5 vehicles off my list, there won't be much left for me to get after just the launch wave.

Bestbuy has a club gamers club unlocked. Save 20% on all of it. They may tell you it does not work. They told me that at one store. They then apologized.

Don't know yet but if I get the dark edition for wii u then I won't be getting any wave 1 till after. 124 is already expensive. If the kaos holder doesn't hold the trap then regular edition and dive clops with his vehicle and highvolt ( and his vehicle if it's out ). To early to say I think.

Best Buy Gamers Club 20% does work on all starter packs and all figures.

They also do not upcharge. TRU will most likely upcharge vehicles by $2 and superchargers by $1 like they do now with TM's and core respectively. Also GS upcharges TM's by $1. So it is 20% off msrp and minus any upcharge. I dislike Best Buy, but will shop there if it is cheaper.

I won't buy any of the vehicles or skylanders from TRU unless I don't see them anywhere else.

The best buy option is a good option. I did some math using the standard TRU buy one get one 40% off, without a price jump mind you, and my total goes down to roughly $190. Does it cost anyrhing to sign up to the best buy thing?

$30, but it lasts 2 years. 20% is paid off in 2 standard skylanders starterpacks (this year and next year) so the rest is just free savings.

I highly recommend the Best Buy Gamers Club, it does indeed pay for itself quickly, and then some.
The 20% off of Video Games even work on sales, so its like sprinkles on a delicious cake.
Now if you have a credit card that gives further discounts or offers great point rewards, then that's the sweet caramel drizzle sauce on said delicious cake.
