Isn't summer weather just awesome and wonderful?

Crazy/angry HIR opinion read at your own risk:
My office was partially flooded today after a massive sudden downpour. It also made the commute home miserable because the state of Texas didn't design its roadways with the impression they'd ever get any rain.

Seriously, **** summer weather. You're welcome to like it, but I believe you're being tricked by your own biology (i.e. levels of melatonin and certain neurotransmitters) if you really do. And even then, once you're an adult with a full-time job, summer just means more of the same but with hot, miserable weather.

Summer has no redeeming qualities aside from the agricultural benefits. And even that's starting to fade with more frequent extreme weather thanks to shifting climates.
