I haven't seen this in any videos of gameplay, but perhaps I missed something. Do we know if baddies get vehicles as well? I think the answer is no, but it would add quite a bit to the gameplay if that were the case. I'd be fun to have to race through a zone while trolls are chasing you, or to have to eliminate your troll 'competitors' in some sort of race. Perhaps a demolition derby section or something of that nature. From what I've seen, the vehicle section involves traveling through areas with gear bits and bombs, perhaps turrets, or staying in the same zone with stationary turrets firing at you. There are no moving enemies to deal with.

Has anyone seen differently? It doesn't seem like to big of a stretch as we've seen moving enemies (although always from a 1st person point of view) in vehicles sections before. Regardless, would love to see this in the game.

Short answer: Yes, at least one. The vehicle enemies in their sections are also implied to be driven by the level's main enemy species, but with that far away camera it's hard to tell.
