When was this? Last I heard from one of there offical announcement each element would be getting two new superchargers and two vehicles. Where did the say there's only one light and one dark?

As you can see, it lists two SuperChargers and two vehicles for 8 of the elements, but only one of each for the top two, which are the Light and Dark elements.

They said 20 pairs of vehicles and SuperChargers, which we're getting - the 18 pairs on the poster, plus the two pairs of Nintendo exclusive amiibo Skylanders. :)

Alright then that stinks. But whatever back to the topic on hand who do you think will be last...?

My guess probably either Splat or fiesta.
Or either the life or the earth one that's not been released. They tend to not show off the skylanders that are last.
