Regular Starter Pack on Wii U

Does anyone know if we can get the regular starter pack on the Wii U. I intend to get the Wii U version, although I want to get Spitfire rather than Donkey Kong.

I'm not entirely sure if Spitfire will be available in single pack. Tree Rex, Wash Buckler, Blast Zone, Ninja Stealth Elf, Snap Shot, and Food Fight never receive single pack versions. What if there is a variant version of Spitfire and the Hot Streak instead? But the only way to know for sure is to simply wait and see.

Digital maybe. Does the Digital Wii U version come with DK or Spitfire?
