This is my first topic on the Skylanders Superchargers topic. I am so excited for it. But enough of that this is my topic.

A. If we don't have cards anymore well, if your like me then you will hate getting preowned characters without cards. If there isn't cards then you will just be able to buy the figures without worrying about them.

B. Does anyone know if there are cars? As there seems to be something in the bottom of the car boxes.

You can still use the stickers as cards.

That's some weird logic. You want cards but don't like getting characters withou cards,so now that they don't you can? I still want my darn cards.

Nope, look at the size of the stickers,even the car ones are the size of a Mini at the very most. Cards are much bigger.

You could at least try.

No, they're different sizes and I wouldn't be able to find the same material as the old ones even if I tried without spending some good money, not counting printing logos with good enough quality. I'd make my own top trump-ish cards if I should be bothered for that much.

Nope, just that Vehicles don't have cards. It's still possible though.

Just wondering, did past E3 exclusive figures included cards and stickers?
I guess so but never got to see one in person nor in detail.

I'd wait to see the actual packaging of a regular vehicle/Skylander before coming to conclusions.

Aura posted the one she got on the Golden Hot Streak thread,she only got stickers which had a Skylanders Battlecast logo in the back and that was about it. Pretty sure past ones minus Riot Shield Shredder had figures and stickers because they weren't ingame variants.

Traps never included cards or stickers. I'm "ok" begrudgingly if there are no cards for the vehicles, but the figures damn sure better have both.

I've no problem if people want cards, because they DO act as weapons and THEY DO have stats...only fair. Traps of course had none of these.

Oh, right, speaking about that "Battlecast" logo... What could it be?
A PC spin-off like the one we saw a lot of months ago, or... Something else?

A reboot/remake of the online game would be nice.

It first showed up in that screenshot of the third-person shooter with Gill Grunt at the VV office,and then it got registered as a website. We had no other news after that.
Really hoping that,if it's not a new mobile game,it's an online game once again - hopefully with good servers this time.

Yes, we never heard anything about it again, I thought it was a scrapped name/idea for the fifth game.
They might have some other aces up their sleeves, after all.

I mean it will be sad to see the cards go but I was meaning that I wouldn't be stressing over the getting them anymore

I really enjoy the cards as well, but the more I think about it, I guess they seem kinda useless and redundant.. It seems like this go around they really seem to be focused on making the toys, more like toys, as opposed to collectibles.. Next year, the figs will have 27 points of articulation, lol.. But it's cool since my youngest son is only a year, he can join the family fun and push the vehicles around!

People have been using them for card based battles, and for helping with collecting. Neither is negative for the brand, it's quite the opposite. So IF cards are not coming back, they must really be hurting on the profit margins.

Has anyone thought of this:

Let's assume cards are coming back, but only for characters.

I want Cards for both characters and Vehicles too: But, what if the Character card is of both the character, the their matching vehicle [Aka. The Vehicle they should be put in for Super Charger Mode.]

It'd be a little unorthodox, but a neat way to tell you the right combos. [I'm still not sure which vehicle belongs to Stealth Elf... I've heard its either a helicopter or a submarine? Yeah...]

Stealth Elf's a helicopter,but it doesn't have the Supercharged artwork yet.

In the videos I have seen, each vehicle has stats, so I suppose it's possible that there will be cards. Maybe they just didn't feel like designing one for Golden Hot Streak?

Got posted somewhere, and is now on the official SuperCharger topic but don't think it got much visibility.

I'm not a Life fan, but i think it suits her.

im just fine we are done with the cards, they was a bit useless if you ask me. now activision will free up the money spending on the cards. then they can use more money where it counts, like figurines distribution.

It's not the supercharged artwork of the Life helicopter though,just the regular one. Vehicles have two artworks.

No, you are right we still don't have it.

Funny how there are artworks for SuperChargers on their non-supercharged vehicles when they automatically supercharge them whenever they are driving.
Only thought about it now.

Probably because the empty vehicles wouldn't look as cool,and having another Supercharger would probably be a nightmare for the artist - these are not drawn like the Swap Force, they all have specfic poses and angles inside the car.

Still no sign of cards in the packaging, though it is possible that they're in the bottom of the single/combo packs, similarly to previous gimmick figures.
