Why is everything suddenly filled with Skylanders Smiles/ Emojis? [CLOSED]

Is this a prank or is my phone's DarkSpyro glitches? Everything I see is an emoji of something. Could someone explain what's happening?

1. Upload image here: http://tinypic.com
