We've had our first look at the next Skylanders game, Skylanders SuperChargers, but what did you think of it all? Is it the next great step for the franchise or the worst possible thing that could ever have happened?

Even though I have never played any skylanders, I must say I love the level design from what I've seen with the SkylanderBoyandGirl.

At first, I wasn't sure if I wanted to own this brand new game. But then I realize how many new figures and vehicles there will be and thought why not. My collection will be so short they won't clutter up my whole closet. I will be having the time of my life with Skylanders: SuperChargers when it arrives.

As long as they make the returning Superchargers characters that thematically make sense. I'm personally hoping for Wolfgang (because seriously, who doesn't want to see him riding on an Undead-themed motorcycle? Certainly not me.) and on the subject of motorcycles, Fryno is a shoo-in.

Looks good so far. Not quite at the AMAZING point yet til they reveal more. Definitely more excited than I was for Trap Team though. GO VV

Based on what little I've read, I'm not too sure what to think.


This is the second time they're introducing what looks like a very game-changing gimmick (the first being the SWAP Force in Skylanders SWAP Force), and even then, it's to a greater extent than that, so in that sense, it feels like Skylanders Superchargers is the first game to take what has been the conventional winning formula for Skylanders and mess with it. I'm not going to say that's a good thing or a bad thing, but since I don't know to what extent the vehicles will alter gameplay, I'm a little nervous it's going to be something radically different, like the kind of thing somePerson suggested.

The vehicles are used in Swap-Zone-esque Zones

The gameplay hasn't changed drastically now, and it isn't just about vehicles, the majority is still the 3rd person fighting

I for one think this will be an Awesome move forward for the series. AND IT'S JUST GETTING STARTED! We haven't seen/heard all the stuff VV has lined up!

Racing games are always cool. As long as it's like Mario Kart.

Another thing I admire is the number of figures. Only 40! Like I said before, I am going to get all figures of one game for the first time.

So-so. Very little was shown across the interviews and articles,and though there are a lot of things I like,there's a lot that has yet to be explained that I might greatly dislike. So I'm waiting for E3 for a final opinion.
