He's in every 3DS game, though in TT he had lines near the end. Sure it'd be nice to have him spouting exposition again on console, but I don't exactly miss much of him.

I think Hugo will be in cameo roles on the console games for now. Back during the days of SSA the Skylanders Facebook Page held a poll to see if Flynn or Hugo were more popular than one another.

Look, we're not going to answer that for EVERY NPC you don't remember. Look at the Skylanders Wiki,it'll probably list every major appearance and then some. I'm not a canon encyclopedia,that is. You're just pushing it now.
