Questions Concerning Dive Clops

So i was watching the FamilyGamerTV video about superchargers, and after he covered hot streak +spitfire, he talked about the dive bomber. Then he mentioned and showed a pic of a new supercharger named dive clops... He also said it was a villain in the water areas.

Dive Clops is possibly like Boomer. He betrayed his own race (Cyclopes) and became a skylander. The FamilyGamers most likely were referring to enemies who LOOK like him.
