If traps are used to power up vehicles, does that mean we will get Kaos element vehicles? And if we do, if we use the ultimate Kaos trap, will it make the Kaos element vehicle OP?

No, the Kaos "element" is just for Kaos.

The Kaos Trap will most likely either give a universal upgrade to any vehicle, or will just flat out not be supported.

I hope it at least does something

It will likely just be a universal power up, remember Kaos is not an element!
Also a Kaos vehicle would mean another element would lose a vehicle and that we would get a Kaos figure (not happening).

Kaos is technically from the Magic element,he just stands out for being able to use everything else plus Darkness(NOT the same as Dark)so he's labeled as his own type. He probably grants the actual Kaos Skystone from TT which is overpowered to begin with.
