I think it is "Hot Steak" because it would be exactly a pun on "Hot Streak".
Not expecting a meat-made machine but hey, I wouldn't be disappointed. smilie

I'm imagining a giant, steak shaped hover board actually. I actually think it would be better than Hot Streak, which is what I'm imagining as a flaming car.

That's a good point, perhaps the vehicle itself shoots hot steaks that attract enemies before burning them or exploding.
I would also put money on there being upgrades called Flaming Hot Steak and Flame Grilled.
