100x100 is so damn small.

its been this small for years, too.

as much as i would like a larger avatar, the bandwidth would be devoured if dark52 didn't upgrade it.

all he does is post updates to the site

curse runs the site using its preferred hosting provider

There was that one guy named MentalPower who was promoted to Spyro the Admin for a while to help dark52 with some server issues. Maybe he was a Curse employee?


Anyway, I'm fairly certain that all forums have to have some kind of host database.

In order to increase the avatar size, we'd have to divide by 0, and as any high school math student could tell you, THAT'S NO GOOD. <.<

My phone shows the avatars clearly. You think they're small because you're accessing this site on a desktop. Smartphones have a smaller screen, and tablets like SPCR's android, almost like desktops, except they're slightly larger.

You can zoom in to see avatars in 150X150or larger just by using 2 fingers. Start by touching your thumb with your other thumb, then make both thumbs touch the screen, and repel your thumbs while both are touching the screen. The other way is by double-tapping.

Sorry for staying off-topic, but I think that's a solution to see avatars that huge.

It works if you're accessing this site on a smartphone or a tablet.

I don't think you understand how pixel images work. Zooming in doesn't make a 100 px image magically 150 px, it just stretches it out and makes a blurry mess of everything. So it's not exactly an ideal alternative to larger avatars...

Tho on topic I don't really think it's that necessary tbh. I like the size as is.

And what I'm talking about is that avatars can stay at 100X100 if you zoom in. If you zoom in on my avatar, you can see Spyro in a cutout of a Knife Party logo.

By the time I uploaded it here for my avatar, the site resizes it to 100X100 if your avatar is too large.

Mine was originally 600X600.

This site is actually not specially designed for smartphones or tablets, but you can see the desktop version of the site. I hope that the CEO makes a mobile version of this site.
