As Senator Armstrong dies, Raiden discovers some wires, which trace to an old Spanish man with what appears to be a game controller.
It turns out that Senator Armstring was actually a robot being controlled by an old Spanish man, who reveals himself to be the father of Samuel “Jetstream Sam” Rodriguez. Even though Sam’s Brazilian, not Spanish.
When the police arrived, Raiden saw the old Spanish man, his wife and daughter (both look like Satsuki from Kill la Kill) being already arrested.
(Sentimental piano music plays)
Old Spanish man: Well Raiden, I guess you know now. It was me, all along, who controlled the Senator Armstrong.
Raiden: … I know. I already knew that already.
Old Spanish man: You could’ve never suspected it was me that was behind all this.
Raiden becomes annoyed.
Raiden: Yeah, that because I SAW you controlling the senator myself early on! I called the police!
Old Spanish man: Poor, innocent, naïve, unsuspecting Raiden.
Raiden: Urgh! Forget it. Get him out of here.
In the police car with the old Spaniard was his wife and teenage daughter.
Old Spanish man: I bet you never knew these lovely senoritas are actually senors.
