So when I got my hands on Fling Kong on Friday, I immediately harkend back to what he looks to be based off - "A Journey To the West", which is also what Goku from Dragonball fame is based off. this made me want to paint him brown, and change his clothing color to orange - to match Son Goku. This coupled with my penchant for painting figures just to look like variants, made me wonder what other variant ideas are floating out there using the TT figures.

so I'll start off with
Fling "Journy West" Kong - Brown Hair/Orange Outfit
"Predator" Chopper - Opaque like crystal short-cut, with red accents (Predator movie)
"Madrid" Kaboom - White Outfit with Red accents to play off football/soccer uniform
"My Little Trailblazer" - Either Pink/Sky blue skin with blonde hair and white sattle to look like My Little Pony
"Mustard & Mayonaise" Treadhead - Pitch black Tires, yellow circle that moves them, with the arms extended painted white. He is painted an obnoxious chrome/metal color to look like the old school tires/rims.

....Those would never happen if they want to keep it kid-friendly, LameLine. They already dodged calling Knight Light an angel to begin with, imagine using more religion-related terms, SOMEONE would get offended regardless of it being justified or not. And if Dark is a good element for the Skylanders, so it'd be kind of biased.

I like newkill's idea of reversed Knights, though. They'd look pretty good in glittery green and pearl-white since they have pretty minimalistic palettes.

No, it's my own idea, not something which Activision chooses to put in. I read the topic wrong, sorry.

Custom figures thread is at the Toys and Merch board, if you need directions. I don't remember anyone doing Knight Light or Knight Mare customs so you'd probably be the first one :3

We also don't want to give her the pageviews like last time, so posting a browser-lagging embed isn't the best option.

Oh, here is another idea. Engima with Green,Blue or Yellow robes, just like some of the player robes in Magicka. Probably with voting like the transparent colored Bash to settle with just one color.
Maybe also Classic Bat Spin - Have her outfit black, eyes red and pale human-like skin, maybe with a red tornado.Would make Dracula proud.

Blue Trailblazer - Blue skin/flames, silver armor

Also seconding Nitro Gearshift, seems more fitting than Krypt King.

Some joke ones:

Vantablack dark-element skylanders (google it, it's a substance that reflects almost no light whatsoever)
Aerogel light-element skylanders (the lightest substance in weight, not luminosity)

Okay okay okay, I wasn't saying this was in idea for an OFFICIAL variant. Again, I misunderstood the topic and put in my own idea for a variant, something to repaint one day. Actually, Satanic Knight Mare as a repaint would still be controversal.

For chase figures? They should have made several out of translucent plastics with colors according to their elements, instead of the crystal clear plastic.

I've always wanted a series of variants called the "Shogun" series, colored dark red, gold, and black, like a samurai.

I think it would have worked really well with thunderbolt!

How about a Dark Knight Light? Or a light-related Knight Mare?
