Wow,

Bet you could put it on ebay as a "Chase variant Clear Trap" and people would be bidding high for that.

Definitely not a variant. Just lighter color plus a camera shot doesn't help...

I totally agree, mine looks the same.
The bottom is light blue but after the Water symbol it is very light to no color at the top.
I never considered it a variant, just lighter blue than the others.
I will post pictures if interested.

I have seen several water traps that were lightly colored/faded blue. When I had first spotted it, I thought I had found a rare variant but then there many others. I am thinking this was a factory defect of color mix.
