Steven Universe is probably the best cartoon that I've watched in years. I don't watch television much often anymore, but when a friend recommended for me to check out SU, I haven't stopped watching it since.

The music and animation, but the overall atmosphere and characters are simply wonderful.

Other than watching SU, I'm recently into TOME (a web series). Wasn't into it around 2011/12, but I finally got back into it sometime this year. Nylocke and Kirbopher tie to be my favorites. But if I had to pick a character that I'm most like, it's Alpha, hands down. Minus the virus part, lol.

and for those who haven't, if you're an animation buff like me, you might as well take a look into Poet Anderson: The Dream Walker It's a fifteen minute short film, part of a larger franchise. Little character development, and the story is out of whack at times, but the animation is absolutely gorgeous. It's just a little introductory to a character and the world that he'll take his time in. (the comic prequel's pretty cool, too)

let's talk about CN's new pilots for 2015
Twelve Forever
Jammers
Ridin' With Burgess
none of them really came across to me as "WOW cn needs to make this show NOW" ... though i think i like 12 forever the best. it's colorful and doesn't really have dat calarts artstyle i'm getting bored of -- also, dat witch.

I can tell I'm gonna love this topic. I've loved cartoons to death since I was little. Though the two cartoons I love the most are SpongeBob SquarePants, and Futurama. These two shows, especially SpongeBob, have helped shape me into the person I am today. I could find a quote from one of these shows for basically any and every situation ever.

Steven Universe is just brilliant. I started with Mirror Gem and Ocean Gem but now I'm looking to watch as many episodes as I can. That Joking Victim episode was really touching. Perhaps that is the path cartoons could go; A mixture of comedy and drama in all the right places. The show sorta reminds me of Kingdom Hearts too, not just the dramedy but the music as well and Steven himself reminding me of Sora as both are lovable idiots who you wanna root for.

In fact, so many cartoons today are really good. Better than almost anything else that came during the 2000's. My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (Yes, that still counts), Transformers Prime, Legend of Korra, Adventure Time, Bravest Warriors, Bee & Puppycat, RWBY, Gravity Falls, Star vs the Forces of Evil and Steven Universe. I can imagine them all conquering those moaning ghosts of the pasts like The Simpsons and Family Guy, both which is derailed long ago but still claw to existence.

For anybody looking for a good cartoon, I would recommend Harvey Beaks. It's arguably the best cartoon on T.V right now in my opinion.

I've been watching Gravity Falls since 2012 and still hold it as my favorite TV show. I just got into Steven Universe a week ago and have seen every episode so far, really enjoying it!

I'm planning on getting into SVTFOE, Over The Garden Wall, Wander over Yonder, and catching back up on Rick and Morty soon.

Egh, Sponge Out of Water. I didn't see that movie and I don't know if I want to.

Old spongebob was the best. I looked back at it a while ago and, unlike childhood, I had a good laugh with a few episodes. I just think Sponge Out of Water was the next step in milking the franchise. There was enough Spongebob as there is.

Steven Universe is one of the best cartoons I've seen in YEARS. It honestly makes me almost sad that it didn't exist when I was a kid because it's so lovely tbh. As far as cartoons I gotta watch goes, I really really wanna see We Bare Bears since it's seems super cute and what I've seen was pretty funny and clever, and I've heard Gravity Falls is good and my partner has encouraged me to watch it :0

Oh yeah, and I love Bojack Horseman! I haven't seen all of the newest season yet, though...

Yeah, sadly. But if it were to have multiple seasons it may have become repetitive. Glad I watched it.

Been re-watching Transformers Prime for the millionth time. It's one of my favorite cartoons in recent memory and even now that the hype train has stopped I still adore it. Definitely in my Top 5. Robots in Disguise (the new one) is enjoyable, but not really on Prime's level, I think. And on the topic of Transformers, one of these days I should watch the original 80's cartoon for scraps and giggles, and check out Beast Wars. And finish Animated.

Another cartoon in my Top 5 that I'm currently re-watching would be Godzilla: The Series. It was more or less my 'introduction' to Godzilla proper (I saw the HB Godzilla when I was young, but barely remember it so it doesn't count), as I watched it on Netflix while waiting for Godzilla 2014. Shame that it didn't go on longer, because I would have liked to see some blatant 'sequel hooks' utilized, but I guess that's just the way it goes. At the very least it still got lots of episodes in, so there's that..

Also Sonic Boom is hilarious and I love it.

Anyone here seen Cybersix?
