Can any users with Google Play help me out? [CLOSED]

When you open the Google Play store, do you see a banner anywhere on the home or music page that says something along the lines of "We'll give you a free album on us to help you build your collection. I can't find an answer anywhere else to a strange issue I'm having anywhere else so I guess this is kind of a last resort.
