Song that every fricken person knows =/= Good song
Obscure song not a lot of people know =/= Bad song

That is always what I loved about the Guitar Hero franchise was that they had a lot of obscure songs I never heard of, but it got me into quite of a lot of bands. Rock Band games usually have only a handful of obscure songs that are usually average at best. In Rock Band 3 they didn't even try. They loaded up the entire setlist with outdated crap that everyone's heard to death, and had a few obscure songs that felt like they were added for NO OTHER REASON THAN FILLER. It was a setlist that had no thought or creativity in it, and was designed purely to milk the franchise for all it was worth. I can honestly say I'm looking forward to Guitar Hero Live more than Rock Band 4, unless Harmonix can pull their head out of their butts, stop loading setlists up with slow and boring songs as well as overplayed crap that isn't good anymore, and actually come up with some decent obscure songs and more excitement in the setlist. Stop watering your setlists down Harmonix!

What songs in Guitar Hero Live that were in commercials were "Gold On The Ceiling" by The Black Keys and "My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark" by Fall Out Boy.
