Users birthdays on list but not in profile? [CLOSED]

Okay, I've noticed that some users on the Birthday list at the bottom of the forum don't have their birthday displayed in their profile but some how they're still on the Birthday list. Let me give an example, you see Foxeh has his/she's name on the list showing that they have their birthday today, but when I go into their profile it doesn't show anything relating to that.
Not that it's a big deal, I'm just curious. I've noticed this beforehand but I thought I'll point it out now.

You can set your birthday to private even if you put the date in here. Not everyone wants others to know their age ._.

I, eh, misread your post.
You can't tell an age by a month and date, though.

Actually yes what you're talking about whirlwind fan looks to be a bug. It seems to have been lumped into a display condition that only checks email, avatar and signature.

You can set the year to be non-specific but other than that the only other intended privacy option is to not set any of it at all.
