Grinnade Question

Ah yes, my favorite Fire Villain bomb...who speaks in a language I totally don't understand. What is it? Morse Code using beeps instead of clicks? An actually easily decoded robot language? Or just some gibberish beeps? Does anyone know what exactly the language is, and what it's saying? Thanks!

Grinnade is so far the only Fire Villain I enjoy playing as.
