Guestbooks locked after user visits [CLOSED]

Okay, so I'm having some confusion. I was just looking through an older users guestbook, they stopped posting around 2012/13 but when I look in the comments below I see a post from 2014, now you see their guestbook was locked, and their last visit was 2012, but what doesn't make sense is that the post in the guestbook was from 2014/15. I'm wondering if any of you know what this is from? Thanks.

Also, if you don't quiet get what I mean, then check one of the old users profiles on the user list.
EDIT: Example; This is one of the older users with a locked guestbook AFTER latest comments.

Seems to be.

But this feature doesn't seem apply to all guestbooks, because I've checked some other old ones that still are available to comment in.

Yes it was a recent update. Guestbooks now auto-lock if the user has not logged in for three years.
