It only just occurred to me today, that my element of the day shrines were glowing randomly. As in, not in neat blinking order. So I've put that right. You can all feel free to hate me for putting the concept in your heads.

On a side note, does anyone have more than three light or dark shrines? (Has there been a light/dark shrine quest reward yet?)

There have been Light/Dark quests, I'm up to 5 of each shrine. Pretty certain I've got all of them that have been available.

They seem to "spawn" so to say as you scroll over the island. So if you rest the screen over half the island,only the shrines that you can see actually start glowing. Happens with chompy pods also spawning out of sync as well.
What actually can't be fixed is Toy Link towers and shrines. They actually have different timing for their glow effects so they'll only be in sync for the first few seconds.

Actually, I rather like them not being in order. I imagine them being different notes and some elemental tune is being played through the skylands.

It does not bother me what order they glow .

The glowing makes me think of Close Encounters of the Third Kind movie. Now try to get THAT out of your head...
