"Eragon! you can come in now." called Sapphire. Eragon walked in. "I've laid my egg." smiled Sapphire. "Wow. One day, we'll be parents!" grinned Eragon. "Yeah! and Spyro and Cynder will be grandparents!" said Sapphire. "Yeah, they will." smiled Eragon. "Volteer! Cyril! Terrador! Mum! Dad! Sparx! Flo! Rikki! you all can come in now." called Sapphire. Volteer, Cyril, Terrador, Spyro, Cynder, Sparx, Flo and Rikki soon came in. (Spyro and Cynder are Sapphire's parents. Volteer is Eragon's grandfather. Ignitus is Spyro's dad, and Terrador is Cynder's dad) "Wow! I'm a great grandfather!!! yay!! when the baby cracks out, I can give it some of my cookies." smiled Volteer. Spyro gave Cynder a kiss, and Cynder kissed Spyro back. "I can't beleive this, were grandparents!" grinned Spyro. "I wonder what type of egg it will be." said Cynder. "Oh great! not more dragons! just what we need!" groaned Sparx. (also, Flo is Sparx's wife. And Rikki is Sparx's daughter) "Daddy! ooo! look at pretty egg!" giggled Rikki. "Yeah, but the thing inside ain't goanna be pretty." whispered Sparx. "I heard that Sparx!" snapped Flo. (Flo's a butterfly and Rikki is a dragonfly) "What? what did I say?" said Sparx. "Wow. I'm going to be a grandfather!" smiled Terrador. "And I'm.... I'm...well, just me." said Cyril.
The egg that Sapphire had laid was a yellow and red egg. It sparkled and shined in the sunlight.

A FEW YEARS LATER.....
"You'll never catch me this time Starfire!" cried Rikki flying away. Sapphire and Eragon's daughter was called Starfire. Starfire was red, with yellow and red wings. She had bright yellow horns, and peral white claws. Starfire's eye's were a bright blue. "Ha! your toast once I've got you!" cried Starfire chasing after Rikki.
Starfire could breathe out fire, and electricity. Sadly, after Spyro and Cynder had killed Malefor, in DOTD, Malefor had a son. His son was called Covu. And Covu wanted revange on Spyro and Cynder for killing his father. But, that was far away. In The Well Of Souls.

Starfire raced over to Rikki. She pounced on-top of her. "Ha! I got you!" laughed Starfire. "OK! OK! you win." snapped Rikki. Suddenly, Starfire saw a shadow race across the grass. "What was that?" gasped Starfire. "What was what?" asked Rikki. "Didn't you see it? a shadow just raced across the grass. I'm sure I saw something...or someone.." said Starfire. "Someone!? a shadow! you must be seeing things." said Rikki. "Rikki! I wasn't! please, I wasn't!" snapped Starfire. "Well, which way did it go?" asked Rikki. "It went this way." said Starfire, pointing to the right. "Well, what are ya waiting for? let's go follow this so called shadow!" said Rikki, flying in the derection. "Rikki! you know we can't leave the Swamp!" cried Starfire. "So? who's goanna stop me!" laughed Rikki flying away. "Rikki! come back!! argh!" cried Starfire. Starfire quickly ran after her.

Starfire raced after Rikki. "Rikki! come back!" called Starfire. Starfire saw a faint glowing light in the distance. "Rikki!!" yelled Starfire running towards the light. When Starfire caught up, the light flew up high into the tree-tops. "Hey Rikki! it's me! Starfire! come back!" shouted Starfire. But the light quickly flew away. Starfire growled, and quickly flew after the bright yellow light. Starfire soon caught up, and grabbed the light out of the air. "Ha! I've got you...." but before Starfire could finish, she noticed that the light was not Rikki. It was a bright yellow fairy! "Oi! you big lizard! let go of me!" the fairy snapped. Starfire let go of the fairy. "I'm so sorry, I thought you were someone else." said Starfire. "Oh really? I thought dragons had a very good sense of sight! but I guess not! ya know how scared I was?! huh?! a giant dragon flying after me, for no reason, and grabbing me!" yelled the fairy. "Sorry, I didn't know. You see, my best friend Rikki, she's a dragonfly and..." "A dragonfly! I saw one just fly by a miniute ago....before you started chasing me!" snapped the fairy. Starfire's heart leaped. "Really!? what colour was it? which way did it fly?" asked Starfire. "Hold on, hold on. Stop asking so many questions at a time! yeesh!!! OK, it was a bright yellow and pink one. And it was heading towards the Shadow Lands...ooo, I wouldn't go there, narsty place." said the fairy. "Thank you so much! by the way, my name's Starfie." grinned Starfire. "Nice name, my name is Amber." smiled Amber. "Nice name, hey would you...I don't know...come with me?" asked Starfire. "Come with you! to the Shadow Lands! no way, I would never survie in there! neither would your friend Rikki. Or a tiny dragon like you." said Amber. "Please! I beg you! I don't fell right when I'm alone." begged Starfire. "Alright, alright. I'll go, but if I die, it's your fault." said Amber. "Thank you!" smiled Starfire, hugging Amber. "OK! OK! let's go and find that friend of yours, come on!" cried Amber flying away to the Shadow Lands. Starfire flew after her.

Rikki was flying right into the Shadow Lands. The Well Of Souls wasn't that far away....
"Hey, Starfire! should go back..." but before Rikki could finish, she realized that Starfire wasn't behind her! "Starfire!" called Rikki. No reply. "Starfire, stop playing games! we should head back now, cause the others will get worried. And more importanly, I'm hungry!" shouted Rikki. Still, no reply. Rikki heard something rustle in a near-by bush. "S-St-Starfire? i-i-is that you?" asked Rikki nervously. Suddenly, an ape skeleton jumped out at her from the bush. Rikki screamed, and quickly flew further into the Shadow Lands. The ape skeleton chased after Rikki. "What do you want!" screamed Rikki. The ape just growled, and jumped up at Rikki. Rikki screamed again, and dogded the attak. Rikki suddenly noticed that the trees and bushes were gone, and there where black towers. And skulls and skeletons all over the place. While Rikki was looking at the Shadow Lands, the ape jumped up, and caught Rikki. "Ahh!!! what do you want with me?" screamed Rikki. The ape just growled again. The ape took Rikki to The Well Of Souls. There were other ape skeletons, and they too were alive and walking, just like the one that captured Rikki. The ape walked into the room were Gaul sat. (in TEN)

As soon as the ape opened the door, Rikki screamed in fright.

Starfire followed Amber. Suddenly, skeleton apes started to attak Starfire! "GET THE DRAGON!" roared one of the skeleton apes. Starfire quickly flapped her wings. "I thought my grandfather, Spyro, killed all the apes!" said Starfire. "You mean, that purple pest that killed me and my troops years ago?" asked one of the giant skeleton apes. "Ahh yes, he's my grandfather. But howcome your alive?" asked Starfire. "Well, Malefor's son, Covu made a Dark Magic spell to bring us back to life. And it did, but since Spyro turned me into dust it was a lot harder.." "Wait! y-y-your Gaul! the Ape King!" cried Starfire. "Gaul! you killed my family! why I outta..." growled Amber. "Amber! no!" shouted Starfire, grabbing Amber. "Fine, fine." groaned Amber. "Yes, yes I am Gaul." snarled Gaul. "And, as I was saying... Covu collected some of my dust that was following in the air. So, he caught it, and bought me back to life. But sadly, we don't have flesh. And also, since Spyro, you're gandfather killed my years ago I will kill YOU! GET THEM!!" roared Gaul. The ape skeleton jumped up trying to get Starfire. Starfire flamed them, and electrified them... and bla bla bla.... Amber hid in a tower, so she wouldn't get hurt. Soon, it was only Gaul left...

"W-w-who are you?" mumbled Rikki. "Me? Well, I'm Covu, Malefor's son." said the mysterious dark purple dragon. "Malefor's son!" screamed Rikki. "You bet I am, and now all of you will pay! espially Spyro and Cynder!! they killed my father... but, since you're Starfire's best friend, I'm sure she'll come to you soon. And that's what I want. I want to kill Starfire and all the other dragons! along with the world!!" roared Covu. "No! no! Malefor tried doing that! and it didn't work!!" cried Rikki. "Yes, I know. But the only reason why the world didn't break apart, is because Spyro saved the world!! and now that Spyro isn't here to save the world, you have no chance!! HAHHAHHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!" laughed Covu. Rikki was terrifeid. "Wh-who's you're mum?" asked Rikki. "My mother? well, my father killed her actually. After she had laid me. Her name was Kia." said Covu. Rikki hang her head.

Gaul glared at Starfire. Starfire growled at Gaul. Amber was bitting her nails like mad. Then, Gaul made the first move. "RAAA!!!" roared Gaul. "PRE PARE TO DIE!" Gaul was about to slice Starfire with his swords, but Starfire quickly flew up, and used her Comet Dash on Gaul. "Raaaa!!! take that!!" screamed Starfire. Gaul roared in agony, he slashed about, trying to fling Starfire off. But Starfire hang on, she bit her claws and fangs in.

Gaul finally grabbed Starfire, and chucked her onto the ground. "Argh!" grunted Starfire, as she tumbled down. "Ha!" growled Gaul, he swiped Starfire away. "Starfire!" yelled Amber. Starfire quickly got too her sences, and flapped her wings, and dived down to Gaul. "AH!" cried Gaul. Starfire used her electricty breath on Gaul. "Ha! take that!" shouted Starfire, as she was hitting Gaul. Gaul flicked her away.
Starfire grunted as she hit the ground. "Starfire! watch out!" screamed Amber. Gaul was closing in...And Starfire was really weak... Was this the end for Starfire?
