Silon flew near Durza "Its pretty much a rock that is going to have a dark gem next to it" He said

"You weren't exactly friendly about it though" Kihei said

"And I wasn't mean about it." Vexx said to Kihei.

Durza nodded saying "ok got it." he then flew into the air and began searching for it.

Trydan had been practically ignoring everything as he pondered what he had seen when the dark gem had broke. When he realized that he had been left behind, he jumped into the air and flew as fast as he could. He easily caught up with the others.

after a short while of searching Durza was getting tired. before he decided to land he felt a magical force pull him into the volcano. he flew into it and landed on safe stable ground. the force grew stronger and Durza began to be drawn to it with no will over his own actions not even realizing that he was going strait towords the the Fire Key and the dark gem.

(Sorry Shade/Durza ... it's not going like that.)

Chimera brought them to the edge of the volcano's rim, "Well folks, we go down here."

ooc: it's ok I guess i'm just getting impationt sorry. in fact you can deleat that last post if you want.

Durza smiles and says "well? what are we waiting for an invatation? lets go." he then hops off of the volcano's rim and starts to glide around looking for the Fire Key.

"Into lava? I don't think that's a good idea" Kihei said

"For me it is! See ya suckas!" Vexx said as he jumped into the volcano.

as Durza drew closer to the lava he began to feel a weak magical presesnce. believing that it was the fire key he attempted to locate it. drawing close to the lava the presence began to get stronger but not by much

"I second that!" Avia said at Vexx's comment with a grin, hopping down aswell and letting out a whoop.

Velia sighed, though the small smile of amusement that followed betrayed her supposed exasperation as she took her time going downward, whereas Aneitha stuck close to the black Dryphon and continued to frown in unease, the warmth the volcano provided already starting to bother her.

Vexx dove straight into the lava.

as Durza got comfertable in the lava his eyes open wide with shock. he is swimming in molten lava and was still alive. after taking a minute to take it all in he dives down deeper feeling the presence grow stronger.

(Uhhhhhhhhh not what I had planned ... they were going to enter a cave/tunnel. I'm sure that they shouldn't even be able to swim in the lava anyone.)

ooc: sorry got carried away and Vexx encoraged me.

(But... Vexx is special. Anyways just tell us where to go.)

(I don't think even he can protect Vexx from lava.)

Chimera and Glare flew into the volcano and began looking for a tunnel to enter.

(I like to think fire dragons have a certain tolerance to lava. Like they can be in it for like a minute)

Vexx yawned as he flew around. "When was the last time we slept?"

"There has to be a tunnel somewhere" Silon said

"We can't rest while the elements are still in danger" Isis said

As Durza fallowed the presence he reaches a tunnal. He enters and was about to tell the others when the presence grows stronger and acting on instinct he goes into the tunnal alone without the others.

(Ahem, he'll be spotted by someone, and I would prefer that you not say that you've found the tunnel and such, trust me.)

Ooc: awww. I kind of had something planned for it. Besides the new guy here can be very observent and by new guy i mean Durza. i was going to have something really trippy happen when the gem was found but he has to touch it for it to happen. So look how about a compramise? He doesn't find the tunnal but he is the first one in the tunnal? That way he's the first one to the stone and someone else finds it ok?

(Well, your plan for the gem can happen (there's nothing that'll hinder that plan, it's just that I have my own plans too, don't worry though.)

While the group was looking, the lava started to bubble.

Ooc: ok then well pretend that the post about him finding the cave never happend.

Durza saw the lava bubbling and said "uh guys is that suppoed to happen?" with a rather worried expression.

"I don't think so" Kihei said as he backed away a little

"Eh ignore it." Vexx said with a shrug as he continued to fly, looking for the tunnel.

Durza looked at Vexx like he was crazy and went over to Kihei hoping that what ever it was he wouldn't face it alone, and hopefully to not let Vexx's recklessness rub off (Durza is a firm believer in stupidity and recklessness being contagious).

ooc: uh did everyone forget about this or am i missing something or.....?

(No, I'm waiting for the perfect moment ... which might be now.)

Chimera wasn't so convinced that the lava wasn't to be worried about, "I don't now about that. Recall that the Keys have been acting wildly because of the dark gems."

Just then, a jet of lava erupted, forcing a scatter, lest someone want to get burned.

Durza paniks and runs from the lava trying to head for some sort of cover. once he was at cover he yells "ok someone mind filling me in on what the hell is going on here?"

Kihei, Silon, and Isis flew off a little in different directions

Startled, Avia and Velia jumped back, whereas Aneitha also reacted late and lept sideways, but was still grazed as she moved, landing awkwardly and gritting her teeth as she got up to move to a less open space. Velia's eyes widened. "Aneitha! Are y-?!"
"I'm fine." The Ice Dracogryph replied hurriedly, hiding a wince as she glanced towards where Shade fell. "Shade! Are you alright?"

Vexx growled at the area where the stream came out of. "Stupid lava has to ruin my day...."

Durza looked around confused. When he saw Shade's condition he quickly went to Shade's side and grabbed him and carried him to safty careful not to hurt him anymore then he already was.

"Shade!" Kihei said as he flew down to Shade, Isis and Silon followed him

Chimera and Glare gasped, flying down to the platform Shade had landed on.

"Durza, put him down" Isis said

Durza let go gently to avoid hurting him more. "I'm sorry i was only trying to get Shade to safty." he said upset that he was hurting him and that he wasn't helping and started to back up felling guilty with the guilt evident on his face.

"Oh don't have a pity party. That won't help." Vexx said to Durza as he landed next to Shade. "He'll live."

Durza snapped and punched Vexx in the face. then with amathist eyes and a rage filled voice said "how about you just shut up you jurk!"

Chimera growled at Durza's attack, "The last thing we need is for fighting amongst ourselves." She wasn't sure if her shadow healing would work.

"Maybe I can help" Isis said as she got close to Shade

Silon separated Durza and Vexx

Vexx looked at Durza and shook his head. "My sister could hit harder than you." He taunted

(^Knowing Vexx's sister, Spark, I'd believe that. Just sayin.)

"Enough." Glare said to Vexx and Durza.

With rage Durza huffed out a breath of fire and said "well if you want i can hit you much much harder if you want pea brain."

"Oh my, pea brain. I am ever so offended by that horrible comment." Vexx said sarcastically.
