I'm pretty sure that the post is some terrible april fool's joke. There's no way that the next game is going to be announced on April fools.

also there's 10 circle things at the bottom to represent 10 elements , so it's mildly realistic .

Blizzard is famous for the April Fools announcements. Since their partnered with Activision I can see the tradition spreading. I never trust April Fools announcements from anyone lol.
