No, it just happens every 500 days.
An it'll happen. You don't need more code for giving gems to more users. If that was the case no one would be getting gems at all anymore.

Not in the case of the weekly gems, no, as that's an automatic system.

Though, if I'm not mistaken, Gem Day's gems are manually given by Dark himself, and he did skip it once already.

Not to mention that Gem Day gives everyone 100 gems, which would require more code than 10-16 gems.


That's an incredibly stupid way to do it but this is dark52 we're talking about I guess... Anything's possible. He should just made the 500 day thing automatic, that would require the exact amount of code as the weekly ones. Bigger number =! more code.
