If you don't already have it or know what it does is it gives 20% off all new games, skylanders, amiibos and most gaming products except digital stuff (like gift cards/ psn codes).

10% bonus for trade ins and several other things too.

If you buy at least 3, 60$ games in 2 years you've paid for it. (You get 12$ off each 60$ game and after tax they ring up around 44$)

Which makes it clearly more beneficial then the gamestop card or a few other services!

For skylanders @ 16.99 you get them for 12.60
For skylanders at 9.99 you get them at 8$

So it's a pretty good deal...and it's 30$ for 2 years instead of one!
