Yeah, but why does having 70 light gems effect if you need to do the swimming glitch?

I've never had that glitch, how do you do it?

I've had a glitch in Sunken Ruins where Spyro fell to the bottom the pool of water and was running about under water (Like the glitch in YotD where Spyro gets stuck in the pool of water in Midday Gardens) but I can't remember how it happened.
