Who would acctully have tiff images anyway? The standerd is BMP, JPG (or JPEG), PNG and GIF. You barely get tiff anymore, and you could just easily convert it with this webstie: www.media-convert.com

.tiff is not really the standard file that people usually display pics on. When I use my computer scanner, it scans them as .tiff by default, but I change it to .jpeg. Really, there's a whole bunch of other formats to view pics but you should stick with the standard that most people use like .jpeg, .png, .gif, or .bmp.

I've never seen anyone actually use .tiff. I don't think it's really necessary to enable it.

TIFF isn't so great, maybe try JPEG or PNG? GIF is good for moving avatars or images.

Incorrect; some programs can make animated JPEGs; PS3s support the format, even.

Nah, it's not really a standard image format for use on the web. PNG, JPEG or animated GIF are the ones you should use depending on your image.

The only thing JPEG is good for is making Spore pictures look good.

If you take a picture using Spore's built-in system and look at the PNG one, it's pixel-y, and you can see the outlines like you would in an older computer game; in JPEG form, it all blends in naturally. I rarely see that with JPEG though; it's usually horrible.

Yep, ruins outlines and colour unless you set the quality to 100%

Yes, and even then, it sometimes deteorates the quality.
