I'm a spelling god in my opinion, but there's only like 1-3 words I can't spell.

Spelling is really easy for me. Being unable to spell certain words is a part of human nature I will never fully understand.

Also, I know it doesn't count as a spelling error, but I always mess up "effect" and "affect" DX

Same. I can spell necessary, but I can never remember if unnecessary has one or two n's.

Diseases.

I always have trouble spelling familiar. Something makes me want to spell it wrong.
