Pretty sure most of them played the level's songs, except maybe the CGI ones. If anything, try to see if there are options to turn off voice acting or something; a few games have that.

Unless someone has any experience in hacking the game to turn off the voices you're out of luck, then, videos in youtube are all with voiceover.

Maybe you can try searching Google for those soundtracks. When you find a website that has the soundtracks, play each song, and see if any one of them match up to the cutscene ones.

The site(now two sites) from the game's composers(Rebecca Kneubuhl and Gabriel Mann) actually has only a few samples from the first game; the others have some more. There might be something from the cutscenes in the "Cinematic" track, however, it was edited around for the trailers so CGI cutscenes was its use.

I'm almost certain that all of the cutscene music from ANB was also level music. Years ago I found complete rips of all the LoS soundtracks, but I'll be darned if I know where or how or if any of them still exist anymore. I sure didn't keep much of the music (most of it was pretty generic to my ears).
