Huge Problem

So somehow, (I'm playing on Xbox), Trap Team has a update so im like whoa cool! But what the update did, RUINED MY ENTIRE GAME! My save progress was gone it reset everything! Not my skylanders luckily but EVERYTHING ELSE! Im really mad.

Are you one Xbox One or 360? Does the One do any kind of cloud backup on game saves like the PS4 does?

Sorry to hear that. I've lost my 360 Skylanders saves before (dropped the 360 and wrecked the attachment HD) so I know how it feels. Thanks for the warning about the update. I'll back mine up before updating. I'm betting it is something stupid like a new message to go out and buy the Spring Time Skylanders and no improvements to the game.

No, the new update is probably a fix so that people that got the knight light and knight mare single packs can get the soul gem abilities without buying sunscraper spire and mid. museum. I don't know for sure, since I'm still playing on the wii version, but that's my best guess of what the update's like

What about those who own the Wii U, not the original Wii? Mine is working just fine. No problemo.

can op specify what update he is talking about?.... are he playing on the xbone or the x360??

as of now i suspect he played the game offline and didn't update before now, that can screw up the save files... or he did a system software update and that screwed up the save files...

A similar occurrence happened to me on PS3, it froze when I trapped Chomp Chest, making me have to restart the game smilie

It was still fun to play it over again though smilie
