If you get the single of Knight Light or Knight Mare is there any way to get their Soul Gems outside of their of adventure packs?

I'm afraid not. We can only get Knight Light and Knight Mare's Soul Gems from the Sunscaper Spire and Midnight Museum. There's No other way except by waiting for the fifth Skylanders game, which won't be in stores until October 2015. Maybe you should close this topic now.
