Does Walmart buy Skylanders? [CLOSED]

So I noticed that Walmart is selling preowned figures on there website. Does that mean they buy used ones? If so, how do I sell to them? I can't seem to find any info on it. Thanks.

Take them to store, I think they send them off then you get credit emailed to you.
